Arrival and departure

What are the arrival and departure times?

The reception is open from 17:00 to 19:00.

Departure should occur before 11:00. When you leave, please report to the reception. In case of departure before 9:00, please inform us the day before.

How can you find us?

To find us, we invite you to prefer Google Map (and above all to avoid using Waze which gets lost on the last few meters!).
To avoid overly rural roads, we advise you to first enter "Calviac-en-Périgord" (be careful, there is another Calviac in the lot!), then "Les Lodges de Calviac" once you arrive in the village.
If you use another GPS, enter “14 Impasse de Sainte Radegonde, 24370 Calviac-en-Périgord”.

Is there parking on site?

A car park is available at the entrance to the estate. All lodges are accessible in less than 5 minutes walking. We can help you transport your luggage using an electric golf cart.

Are bed linen and towels provided?

Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are provided. The bed will be made upon your arrival.

Are pets allowed?

For health and safety reasons, animals are not allowed on the estate.

Is breakfast included?

Continental breakfast is included in the price. It is brought in a basket directly to your lodge from 8:30.

Is it possible to have dinner in the lodges?

We offer packed dinners delivered directly to your lodge. They must be ordered when you book online or at least 48 hours before your arrival. They may be adapted to your diet on request (please contact us before your stay).

You can also bring or prepare your own meals. All lodges are equipped with a small fridge and microwave oven. The Saho and Kâli lodges also feature an electric oven, hob and dishwasher.

Is there a swimming pool on site?

From June to September, the owners' swimming pool is open to residents from 13:00 to 19:00 p.m.

In addition, the Kâli and Saho lodges offer their private pools (see descriptions of the lodges for the exact dates of availability).

Do I have to reserve access to the spa and sauna?

Your wellness area (spa in every lodges and sauna in some lodges) is located on the terrace of your accommodation. Available in all seasons, access is entirely private and unlimited.

Is the spa heated?

The temperature of the spa is adjustable with a recommended maximum of 39°.

What are the rules of spa hygiene?

Like the swimming pool, the spa in each cabin is tested and treated daily. The water is regularly renewed according to the standards to be applied in case of intensive use. It is requested to shower before using the spa.

How to book a lodge ?

You can book your lodge directly on our website. If you need help, please contact us.

How to pay ?

Only credit cards are accepted when booking online. Once there, additional options can be paid for by credit card or cash.

Will a deposit be required on arrival?

A deposit of 200€ will be requested upon your arrival by credit card. No amount will be debited (except after your departure in the event of damage or non-payment). However, bank imprints have a direct impact on your card payment limit. Don't forget to check this before you arrive.

What are the cancellation conditions?

To find out about the conditions for canceling or postponing your stay, please consult our general rental conditions.

 

Cancellation and postponement conditions will be scrupulously applied. You are therefore strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance to limit the consequences of an unforeseen event such as a professional, family or health problem.

Can we offer a night without specifying a date of stay?

It is possible and a very good idea for any occasion, you will find our gift vouchers here.

Are the lodges accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Unfortunately, the lodges do not meet the requirements to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about this.
